Who we are
This website is operated by Markab Press, the publisher of Simple to Complex Mathematics. You can contact us at info@simpletocomplex.com.
What this site collects
Nothing, by design. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and has no forms — so browsing it sends us no personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and capacity reasons, as virtually all web hosting does; we do not use these to identify visitors.
If you email us
If you contact info@simpletocomplex.com, we hold your email and its contents for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, under our legitimate interest in responding to you. We don't add you to any list or share your details with anyone.
The Booster Course platform
Subscribing to the Booster Course happens on our separate platform, which does hold account information (email, encrypted password, subscription status) and uses Stripe to process payments. That platform carries its own privacy notice, shown when you create an account.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including access, correction and erasure. To exercise them, email info@simpletocomplex.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
